Natural Childbirth Classes

Six week series of childbirth classes designed for homebirth and hospital birth.

Along with complete information about normal labor and birth I teach labor coping skills, relaxation, waterbirth, breastfeeding and the  normal newborn.
 We'll walk through the birth process, and learn to cope with the intensity of labor,discuss and practise comfort measures for natural birth, ways your partner can help you, and  common labor and delivery practices .
Using your own birth preferences, we’ll put together a birth plan to help map out your desires for labor.
